Cookie Policy
Version 2 · Effective 1st September 2026
This Cookie Policy explains what Breezee AI Limited stores on your device, why, and for how long. It covers this website at breezee.ai, the Breezee AI dashboard, and the sAIlsbot agent where you meet it on a customer's website. It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.
1. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They can be session cookies, deleted when you close your browser, or persistent cookies, which remain until they expire or you delete them.
Similar technologies such as pixel tags, web beacons, and local storage do much the same job, and references to cookies in this policy include them. Most of what we store is in fact local storage rather than a cookie. Local storage has no expiry date: it stays until you clear it, or until we clear it for you where this policy says so.
2. This Website
breezee-theme — a cookie holding the word "light" or "dark", so pages render the way you chose. It is written only when you use the light and dark toggle in the site header; if you never touch it, nothing is stored. It contains no identifier and nothing about you. It lasts twelve months and is shared with the Breezee AI dashboard, so your choice follows you between the two.
theme — the same value in local storage, so the page you are sent matches the preference you chose. Kept until you clear your browser storage.
breezee-demo-unlocked — where a page asks for your details before showing a resource, a flag in local storage recording that you have already unlocked it, so you are not asked again. It holds the value 1 and nothing else. Kept until you clear your browser storage.
2.1 Analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views and see which pages are working. It sets no cookies, writes nothing to your device, and does not identify you or follow you to other sites. Because it stores nothing on your device, there is nothing to consent to and nothing to switch off.
2.2 Form protection
Our newsletter and contact forms are protected by Vercel BotID, which tells automated submissions apart from real ones. It is strictly necessary to keep those forms usable.
2.3 Booking a demo
Our booking page at breezee.ai/book-demo embeds a calendar from Cal.com, which may set its own cookies on that page, for its own purposes and for a duration it sets. We neither place nor read them — see Cal.com's privacy policy. The calendar loads only on that page.
2.4 What we do not use
No advertising or marketing cookies, no third-party product analytics, and no error-monitoring services. If that changes we will update this policy and ask for your consent first.
3. The Breezee AI Dashboard
breezee-auth — the cookie that keeps you signed in. It is strictly necessary: without it you cannot stay signed in. It is deleted when you sign out.
Interface preferences — local storage holding things like table column widths, whether a sidebar is collapsed, and which project you last worked in. No personal data. Kept until you clear your browser storage.
4. The sAIlsbot Agent
The sAIlsbot agent is the chat assistant you may meet on one of our customers' websites, and on this one.
The agent is anonymous by default. You can hold an entire conversation without anything being stored on your device.
After a few messages, or if you share your contact details or book a meeting, it asks whether you would like to be remembered. Only if you say yes does it store, in local storage:
prospectId_ followed by the customer's project identifier — so that if you return, the agent recognises you and can carry on where you left off.
breezee_consent_ followed by the same identifier — a record of your answer, so you are not asked again.
Both are kept until you withdraw consent or clear your browser storage. If you decline, we record only that you declined, so you are not asked repeatedly.
You can change your mind at any time through the Manage data option inside the agent, which withdraws your consent and clears the stored identifier.
5. Managing What Is Stored
You are not asked to accept cookies when you arrive, because nothing we place on your device requires consent before it is set: it is either strictly necessary, or a preference you asked for by using a control on the page. The one thing that does require consent — being remembered by the sAIlsbot agent — is asked for by the agent itself, and can be withdrawn there.
Your browser can block or delete cookies and local storage for any site, including ours. Doing so will sign you out of the dashboard, forget your appearance preference, and cause the agent to treat you as a new visitor. Private or incognito browsing limits what persists after you close the window.
5.1 Browser settings
Most browsers let you refuse or accept cookies, delete existing ones, and set preferences per site:
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as the product changes. The current version is always available at breezee.ai/cookie-policy, and every previous version is published and linked at the foot of that page.
